Pizza Fun Night - $12 fee Ages 4-11
Parents can enjoy a night out while the kids enjoy a night of fun. Pizza and drinks included. Games, arts and crafts, dancing and story time are some of the activities included.

Princess Tea Party- $12 fee Ages 3-6
Wear your favorite princess dress to the special tea party. Each princess will learn to walk and dance like a princess. We will glitter paint our nails and each princess will bring home a new accessory.

Dancing with the Sugar Plum Fairy- $12 fee Ages 4-11
Wear your nightdress or pajama's and hear the story of the Nutcracker. We talk about and learn the dance of the Sugar Plum fairy and decorate a Nutcracker Ornament. Milk and Cookies will be served.

Daddy's Little Girl dance and performance - $12 fee Ages 2-6
Enjoy a special performance from Daddy's little girl. Dads will participate in light dancing. A special reception of sugar and spice will conclude the night.

May 18th 2008 Dance Recital Information:
The dance recital is May 18th at Trinity preparatory school in the theatre. The show begins at 2:30pm. Performers should be dressed, back stage and ready at 1:30. Stage mothers need to be back stage at 1:00. The show will last an hour.
Admission to the recital is free. We will have plenty of room in the auditorium. There is no limit on the amount of guests you can invite. Roses will be for sale, $3.00 per stem before the recital begins. A reception of cake and punch will take place after the recital is over. All costume and recital fees are non refundable. Minor alterations are typically required for each costume.
The recital fee is $25 per family and the costume fee is $60 per costume. Tights are included with each costume. All tuition and fees must be paid before the recital.


Summer Camps - Ages 4-10:

Summer camps are scheduled Monday-Thursday from 9:30-12:45. The fee for each camp is $60. Space is limited to 12 students per camp and pre-registration is required. ****Camp tuition is nonrefundable, make-up days are not available.

Please send you camper dressed in comfortable clothing with tennis shoes and ballet shoes. Dance clothes are not required. Long hair must be worn in a pony tail. Please bring a bottle of water daily with a healthy snack. Fruit is always a good idea. No soda or candy please.

Although you are welcome to stay and watch, drop off is suggested. The last day of camp at 12:30, we will have an in class demonstration of what we learned.

June 9-12 - Game Week!
This week we will play dance related games such as "The four corner cha cha", "Simon Says Ballet" ," Wheel of Dance Terms", and "Freeze Dance"…. just to name a few. Throughout the week will practice a game of improvisation that will promote creativity and quick thinking. We will also play traditional games such as Hyper dash, Hullaballoo, and Chicken Limbo. This camp is a really fun way to start the summer.

June 16-19 - Fairy Tale Theatre
We will rehearse and perform a scene from the fairy tale "Sleeping Beauty". This is a fun camp that incorporates dancing, acting, costume and stage design. We will make and decorate fairy wings to take home.

June 23-26 - Yoga for Kids We will learn a Yoga pose for every letter of the alphabet and make our own Yoga scrap book filled with relaxing images, healthy food choices, and our daily self portrait.

July 14-17 - Dancing Around the World
We will learn and talk about native dances in The United States and other countries such as Hula, Irish Step, Scottish Sword dancing and Can Can dancing. We will make our own props to take home such as a Tribal head dress, canastas, and Japanese fans.

July 21-24 - Princess Boot Camp
Each day we will learn about a princess from a classic ballet production as we choose from a dress-up trunk filled with costumes and accessories. We will practice a ballet scene from the production of the day and discuss the plot of the story. A large portion of this camp incorporates learning about manners and etiquette. We will discuss the proper way to behave and treat others. We will also make jewelry, glitter paint or nails and have a tea party.

July 28-31 - Flip-Flop, Tumble-Toss
This is a camp geared toward Cheerleading, beginner level gymnastics, and ball handling skills. We will practice passing, tossing and catching different types of balls along with learning cheerleading jumps and kick- lines. We will also make spirit signs and spirit shakers.

August 4-8 - Dancing on Broadway
Since we all dance on Broadway (the studio address is 52. West Broadway) the last summer camp is going to be all about Broadway Musicals. We will learn a dance scene from a few of my favorite Broadway shows such as Annie, Grease, 42 Street, and Cats. We will also work on costume designs by making and decorating a poodle skirt to take home.
